Asia continues to be the driving force behind world growth. All the countries in the region recovered spectacularly from the world economic crisis, starting by Singapore, Taiwan, China and India. News from the more mature economies in the region, such as Japan and South Korea, is equally positive. Even Thailand seems to have recovered quite well from the political crisis that paralyzed the country in the spring. However, the 2010 economic landing will depend on the levels of trade these coming months.
