In 2010, trade between China and Africa reached a peak of 127 billion dollars. But if China is now Africa's first trading partner for the second consecutive year, the Sino-African relationship is at a turning point. Chinese companies are now facing multiple allegations, and strikes in Chinese factories all over the continent are now frequent. We thought that the Chinese had secured all construction work contracts in Africa, but things are slowly changing as it will be increasingly costly for the Chinese to act as though they had no manners.
